SHIPPING POLICY:

At Total Eclipse of the Art we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. This includes a clear and transparent shipping policy to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently.

Please review the information below regarding our shipping procedures.

SHIPPING RATES:
Shipping costs are calculated based on Canada Post's shipping policy. The shipping rate is determined by the destination address, package weight, and shipping method chosen during the checkout process.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
We strive to send out each order as soon as possible after it is received. As a small business, we (being me, one single individual) are dedicated to fulfilling orders promptly. However, please bear in mind that there may be occasions when unexpected circumstances or high order volumes impact our processing times.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the delivery timeframe depends on Canada Post's shipping schedule and the shipping method you selected.

ORDER TRACKING:
To keep you informed about the status of your shipment, we provide tracking information for all custom moon painting orders. You will receive an email with the tracking details once your package is on its way. 

Lone sticker orders will be sent via regular snail mail. 

DAMAGES:
Total Eclipse of the Art is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. 

ORDER STATUS INQUIRIES:
If you have any concerns or questions about the status of your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to assist you with any shipping-related queries.

SHIPPING DELAYS:
While we strive to meet all shipping timelines, please understand that external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or disruptions in postal services might occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND REFUSED DELIVERY:
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by Canada Post. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Total Eclipse of the Art will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

MISSING OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS:
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible and file a claim with Canada Post. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:
We currently ship worldwide. Yay!

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES:
Total Eclipse of the Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
